National Day Offer: Category I Environmental Permit

National Day Offer: Category I Environmental Permit

Terms and Conditions – 96th National Day Offer

  1. The offer is valid from September 15, 2026, to September 30, 2026 (inclusive), unless terminated earlier in accordance with these terms.
  2. The offer price is SAR 960, excluding Value Added Tax (VAT); applicable statutory tax will be added.
  3. The offer applies exclusively to the service of preparing environmental permit requirements for activities and projects classified under Category 1, subject to a review of activity data and verification that the offer scope applies to the specific case.
  4. The offer is not applied automatically; to avail of it, the client must specifically request the “96th National Day Offer” when contacting the office, prior to the issuance of a price quotation or the signing of a contract.
  5. The offer is available to the first 20 clients whose requests are accepted by the office during the offer period; all requests are subject to review and final approval by the office.
  6. Neither the submission of a request nor the payment of the service fee constitutes final acceptance by the office or an obligation to execute the service; a request is deemed accepted only after the data has been reviewed and acceptance confirmed by the office.
  7. The office reserves the right to reject or cancel any request following review if it determines that the scope of work, nature of the project, or technical, operational, or contractual considerations are unsuitable for service execution under this offer. In the event of prior payment where the request is not accepted, the full amount paid will be refunded to the client.
  8. The office reserves the right to modify or discontinue the offer at any time based on capacity or operational circumstances, without incurring any liability regarding requests that have not received final acceptance from the office. 9. The price covers the firm’s fees solely within the scope of service defined in the proposal; it excludes government fees, third-party charges, measurements, laboratory tests, studies, reports, or additional work not included in the proposal’s scope.
  9. The proposal applies to a single facility, location, and request; it does not cover additional branches, locations, or requests unless separately agreed upon.
  10. If, upon reviewing the client’s data, it is determined that the activity or project does not fall under Category 1, or that its scope requires additional work, studies, or requirements, the firm reserves the right to re-evaluate the scope of service and submit a new financial proposal prior to implementation.
  11. Service implementation commences upon the firm’s acceptance of the request, payment of due fees, and receipt of all required documents and data.
  12. The client is obligated to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents, and bears responsibility for any delays or modifications to the scope of work resulting from deficiencies or inaccuracies in the submitted data.
  13. Neither the firm’s fees nor the acceptance of the request constitutes a guarantee that the environmental permit will be issued or approved; the issuance, review, and approval of the permit are subject to the relevant authority and its requirements.
  14. The client may utilize this proposal to book the renewal of an existing environmental permit for future execution upon the renewal date, provided the proposal is requested and the booking is finalized—and accepted by the firm—within the proposal’s validity period.
  15. The fixed future renewal price is contingent upon there being no material changes to the activity, location, project scope, classification, or regulatory requirements. In the event of any such changes or the emergence of additional requirements, the firm reserves the right to re-evaluate the additional work and associated costs prior to implementation. 17. Should the client wish to cancel the service after the request has been accepted and work has commenced, the amount due shall be settled based on the work performed up to the date of the cancellation request; the Office is not obligated to refund the value of the work already completed.
  16. The offer and booking are specific to the client, the facility, and the location accepted by the Office; they may not be transferred to another facility, person, or project without the Office’s consent.
  17. This offer may not be combined with any other offer or discount unless the Office agrees to do so in writing.
  18. Availing of the offer constitutes an acknowledgment by the client that they have reviewed and agreed to these terms and conditions.
